Michael H. Ford
As a major investor and former Executive Vice President of Create-A-Check, Inc., Mike has been active in guiding the organization of Piracle. For over 30 years, Mike has managed a variety of business enterprises. As a Cessna aircraft distributor, Mike helped to establish an organization of 22 dealers in six states generating over $5 million in annual sales. He was also instrumental in establishing the first general aviation finance company in the United States. In 1985, Mike and his brother purchased a 50% interest in Computer Accounting and Consultants, which originally developed the Create-A-Check Software. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Colorado College.
John Bechard, Chairman of the Board
John Bechard is Piracle’s President/ CEO and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. John joined Piracle August 2009 and is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the company. He oversees company performance and financial management, as well as maintains responsibility for company policy and strategy implementation. Prior to joining Piracle John was the Founder, President/ CEO of Gift Card Solutions (GCS). GCS was acquired by Ceridian, Inc. in 2006 and they employed John until Jan. 2008. Prior to founding GCS John spent three years as the Executive Vice President of Create A Check, Inc. (Piracle) and eleven years in sales and management roles with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Cal Poly Pomona University and a Masters of Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
John Hanousek, COO
John Hanousek has over 25 years of experience with specific expertise in leading new businesses, investments, business modeling, alliance management plus service and product marketing and sales. John is currently an executive consultant to companies that include alternative energy, digital content systems and software, mobile applications, payment solutions and commercial real estate. He is also working with early stage companies in the Northwest as the Chair of the Boise Angel Fund Screening Committee. John Served as Director at Hewlett Packard for eight of his twenty years at the firm, the last six as a Director of New Business where he led worldwide teams who were responsible for creating new businesses in the Imaging and Printing Hardware and Services business units. During the late 1990’s, John was a principal at Apexx Technology, an Internet mail and security company that became listed on NASDAQ via a merger with ESoft. Prior to that, John worked for Bank of Boston in asset-based financing. John has served in board positions for commercial entities and non-profits including Inovus Solar, Thorton Oliver Keller, The Idaho Association of Industry and Commerce, Girl Scouts and the Hewlett Packard Political Advisory Committee. John holds an MBA from the University of Montana and a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance from Boston College. He has recently attended Harvard’s ongoing Executive Educational Program.
Glenn founded GSG Capital Advisors LLC in 1997 and later that year launched Mercury Partners LP, a hedge fund investing in opportunistic value-driven situations, which includes various shareholder activism strategies. Glenn has been a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) since 1999, and has been a money manager since 1992. Prior to the investment management business, Glenn spent 8 years in various management and executive positions with Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), a global information services outsourcing provider. Glenn earned a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, and also served on the Finance Review committee of the UCLA Alumni Association Board from 2000 thru 2002. From 2001 to the present, Glenn has been a Director of the Mexico Equity and Income Fund (NYSE: MXE). He has previously served on the board of two other NYSE-traded companies. Glenn is also currently a member of the Board of Advisors of Cobalt Health, a privately-held medical billing outsourcing company based in Los Angeles, and he is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Aventura, a privately held and venture backed software company based in Denver, Colorado.
