Linda Ford, Chairman & FounderDuring her 35 years in the accounting profession, Linda Kesler Ford tirelessly researched and implemented ways to fine-tune and increase efficiency, lower costs and eliminate check fraud in her own accounting firm.
In 1989, the efficiency of Ford's proprietary solution led to the launch of Create-A-Check, Inc., one of the first companies to offer laser check printing solution. Because of her vision and leadership, the company has been widely recognized as an industry leader and innovative technology partner since its founding.
John Bechard, President & CEOJohn Bechard is Piracle's President/ CEO and a member of the company's Board of Directors. John joined Piracle August 2009 and is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the company. He oversees company performance and financial management, as well as maintains responsibility for company policy and strategy implementation. Prior to joining Piracle John was the Founder, President/ CEO of Gift Card Solutions (GCS). GCS was acquired by Ceridian, Inc. in 2006 and they employed John until Jan. 2008. Prior to founding GCS John spent three years as the Executive Vice President of Create A Check, Inc. (Piracle) and eleven years in sales and management roles with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Cal Poly Pomona University and a Masters of Business Administration from California Lutheran University.
Lynn Shimada, Corporate Vice PresidentWith his background as the initial developer of the Create-A-Check system, Lynn Shimada is now in charge of developing strategic relationships with software developers. His 28 years of experience in the banking and accounting industry include 14 years with BMA, one of the largest banking service bureaus in the Intermountain area. Before joining Create-A-Check, Shimada was co-founder of another software development company that provided software applications for financial institutions.
Amy Kesler, CFOAmy Kesler has spent the past 11 years directly involved in the accounting and human resource functions of Piracle, Inc. She spent several years serving as the company's controller and was promoted to her current position in May of 2004. Amy is responsible for directing the company's overall financial policies as well as designing and implementing human resources programs. She works closely with the executive team of Piracle to ensure the financial stability and prosperity of the company.
