As President and Chief Executive Officer, Jared Kesler is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Piracle, Inc. He oversees company performance and financial management, as well as maintains responsibility for company policy and strategy implementation. Kesler has been with the company since 1993, initially serving as the Manager of the Toner Division then quickly moved up the ranks. He was promoted to his current position in May of 1999.
Lynn Shimada, Corporate Vice PresidentWith his background as the initial developer of the Create-A-Check system, Lynn Shimada is now in charge of developing strategic relationships with software developers. His 28 years of experience in the banking and accounting industry include 14 years with BMA, one of the largest banking service bureaus in the Intermountain area. Before joining Create-A-Check, Shimada was co-founder of another software development company that provided software applications for financial institutions.
Amy Kesler, CFOAmy Kesler has spent the past 11 years directly involved in the accounting and human resource functions of Piracle, Inc. She spent several years serving as the company's controller and was promoted to her current position in May of 2004. Amy is responsible for directing the company's overall financial policies as well as designing and implementing human resources programs. She works closely with the executive team of Piracle to ensure the financial stability and prosperity of the company.
