1. How does it work?
Create-A-Check
XT/LE receives data from financial software, usually in the form of a
text file, and creates MICR encoded documents such as checks and
deposit slips. XT can also create other printed documents such as tax
forms, statements, invoices, etc. Electronic files for Positive Pay,
Direct Deposit, Vendor Payments, and IRS forms (1099, W2) are also
easily generated by Create-A-Check XT/LE.
2. What are the system requirements?
Server or Stand-alone Processor:

3. How long does it take to deploy the system?
Five minutes for installation, approximately 15 minutes for user and account set up.
4. Will this system require special training?
Create-A-Check
XT is easy to install and simple to use, requiring minimal training. If
additional training is desired, we have a full-time training staff and
onsite training may be arranged.
5. Do you offer technical support?
Piracle offers outstanding technical customer support to ensure that your system is installed and operating properly.
6. Explain the security features.
Create-A-Check
XT utilizes user ID and password for system and printing access, user
rights, signature thresholds, logo and signature encryption, and data
file encryption. In addition, Piracle uses Trace-A-Check, MICR toner,
and security paper for unsurpassed security.
7. Do you offer special discounts for upgrades?
Piracle offers substantial upgrade discounts to customers with an active Piracle Support Agreement.
