Piracle’s Support mission is to improve business processes for our customers, and provide the necessary to ensure reliable day-in and day-out operation. We do this by providing our customers with products to meet their real business needs and supporting them with timely, accurate and courteous service.

Commitment to Total Quality – Piracle remains at the forefront of MICR technology. We do this by actively participating in the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) X9B Committee, which sets standards for negotiable paper documents. We also constantly test our software, our supplies and desktop laser printers to ensure that our Total Solution meets or exceeds these standards.  We believe our customers deserve only the most reliable and cost effective check printing system, and for over 15 years have provided that reliably.

Support for Your Changing Needs – Piracle understands that your needs change as your business grows. This means you change checking accounts, migrate to new accounting software or otherwise evolve your computing environment. For these reasons Piracle offers a technical support agreement specifically to meet your changing business and computing environment.

Benefits of your Annual Support Agreement

Free Access – Technical Support is free during our regular business hours. (Technical Support is also available after hours for a fee of $8 per minute.) Priority – Your technical support issues get top priority during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Mountain Standard Time).

MICR Testing – Quarterly MICR document testing ensures that checks you print will meet ANSI X9B and American Banking Association (ABA) standards so that
your checks process error-free through the national check processing and routing system. Without an active support agreement this service costs $100.00 per test.
Product Upgrades – Receive discounted or free upgrades on basic product releases (major releases excluded).

Your support agreement pricing is determined by the version of Piracle you use and the terms under which you purchased it. Please contact your sales consultant for the
pricing associated with your new system.
