1. How does it work?
Paycentrex.NET receives data from any application (not just financial) and produces any type document or file output. With XML, Paycentrex.NET combines your data with your desired layout, creating checks and other documents, or electronic files such as ACH. Building on the strengths of Paycentrex, we've made Paycentrex.NET simpler and easier to use yet just as powerful.
Developed with .NET technology, Paycentrex.NET makes deployment a snap. Just load Paycentrex.NET on your server—that's it—no code resides on end-user's workstations. Access to the Paycentrex.NET program is through a Windows Internet Explorer browser.
2. What are the system requirements?
Server Processor:
Pentium IV or better
Server OS:
Windows 2000/ 2003/ XP, .NET framework (included with Paycentrex.NET)
Workstation OS:
Must be able to run Internet Explorer 6
Server Memory:
1 Gig RAM + 1 Gig Hard Drive
Display:
1024 X 768
3. How long does it take to deploy the system?
30 minutes for server installation. 15 minutes for user setup, account setup, and layout setup.
4. Will this system require special training?
Paycentrex.NET is intuitive and easy to use. Virtually no training is required since simple-to-use wizards walk the first-time user through the processes of creating users, setting up checkbooks, and selecting the desired layout for your checks and documents. If additional training is desired, we have a full-time training staff and onsite training may be arranged.
5. Do you offer technical support?
Piracle offers outstanding technical customer support to ensure that your system is installed and operating properly.
6. Explain the security features.
User ID and password authorization is required for system and printing access. Paycentrex.NET employs robust user rights and user groups, signature and account thresholds, account restriction, system logging, and exception management. All data stored in Paycentrex.NET is encrypted and password protected.
In addition, Piracle's unique Trace-A-Check®, MICR toner, and security paper add to unsurpassed security.
7. Do you offer special discounts for upgrades?
Piracle offers substantial upgrade discounts to customers with an active Piracle Support Agreement.
